Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 10, 2026

This is a standard template provided for review. It should be read and, where appropriate, revised by qualified legal counsel before it is relied upon as a binding policy.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and password (or Google account information, if you sign in with Google), and information generated through your use of the Service, such as time entries, project and task names, workspace settings, and approval history.

Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe; we receive limited billing metadata (such as subscription status and invoice history) but do not receive or store your full card number.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to provide and improve the Service, process subscription payments, send account and billing notifications, respond to support requests, and maintain the security of the Service.

3. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who help us operate the Service — for example, our cloud hosting provider and our payment processor, Stripe — solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We may also disclose information if required to do so by law.

4. Data Retention

We retain workspace and account data for as long as the workspace remains active, and for a reasonable period afterward as required for legal, billing, or support purposes.

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls scoped to your workspace role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Workspace Administrators can manage most account information directly; you may also contact us using the details below.

7. Cookies

We use a limited set of cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under the age of 16.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email prior to taking effect.
